RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
Wholesale buyers can return goods for up to 7 days after the day they receive the order and receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. However returned items will be inspected and so should be returned in the same condition as received, if there is evidence that the contents of an order has been heavily used then the returned items will be sent back to you.
Our extended returns policy for retail and wholesale buyers extends only to goods that are damaged or faulty. Miss Shorthair will cover the cost of second class postage delivery of any goods returned due to a manufacturing fault or damage. This does not apply to goods that remain unsold.
We try to keep our website images up to date, however, occasionally images may not match the items which are in stock, due to changes in manufacturing processes or other changes outwith our control. If you are not satisfied that the items sent are the items you have ordered please contact us and we will look into this matter for you.
If you would like to return any goods please either ring us on 01419597362 or send an email to sales@missshorthair.co.uk stating your original order number and the items you wish to return, we will then get back to you to organise the return. All returned items will be refunded within 30 days.
