How can I get access to your website?
We are a wholesale website, operating business to business services. To access our website, you can fill out the contact form here. Our team will create an account for you, and send through an account activation email where you will set up a password.
I have forgotten my password/email. Help!
You can reset your password on the login page. By clicking the Forgot your Password? link and entering your email, we will send you a password reset. If you have forgotten your email you use to login, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 0141 959 7362, and we will be happy to reset it for you.
An Item I want is out-of-stock. Help!
We can't always say when a new shipment of stock arrives. However we do have a feature on our website that allows you to request email notifications when items are back in stock! If you search for the item code and if it appears 'Out of Stock' there will be an option to 'Email me when back in stock.' This will allow you to receive an email when that particular style/item becomes available again.
How can I apply a discount code?
Discount codes from any of our promotional offers is not automatically applied. Your code has to be input in the discount section and applied on the checkout page. I cannot find a certain product on the website. Where could it be?
There are two main reasons why a product might not be on the website. It might be either the product is out of stock and has been discontinued or the product is not ready to be uploaded onto the website yet. Can I Use MSH Product Images?
All of our product images are available for download from our website. Just simply search for the product code and go onto it's product page. Once on the page, there is a tab labelled 'Download Images' which you can click on. Once you click it, the product images will then be listed below. All you have to do is right-click on the image to download them.
Product images can also be downloaded on phones and tablet devices. If there are any images featured within our email campaigns that you would like to use, please send us an email to email@example.com and we can assist you with that.
I cannot proceed to checkout with my order. Help!
A reason you might not be able to check out is your order does not meet our minimum spend. Our minimum order for all destinations is £100. We offer carriage paid to the UK & Northern Ireland is £300 and over. Carriage paid for Ireland and the Channel Islands is £500 and over. How do I apply for a credit account?
You will have to fill out our 30 Day Credit Application Form and send it back to us. This can be filled out and sent online to email@example.com or to our address:

Completion of this form does not guarantee that you will be accepted as a credit customer. A decision will be made based on a credit check and trade references.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to provide next day delivery to the UK mainland on paid orders placed before 12 Noon. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are a two day delivery service. Any other locations may take upwards of a week. Please note our delivery service will be subject to change during busy peak periods. We will try to have your order to you as quickly as possible and within a week.
What happens if I have received a faulty scarf in a delivery?
What are Miss Shorthair's office hours and holidays?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We follow English bank holidays. If you have any queries over the weekend or holidays, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
