Website

MSH is a wholesale website, operating business-to-business. To request access to our website, you can fill out the become a wholesale customer form. Our team will create an account for you and be in contact in due course with account activation steps.

You can reset your password on the login page by clicking the forgot your password? link and entering your email; we will send you a reset your password email. If you have forgotten the email that you use to login, you can email care@mshdesign.co.uk or call us at 0141 959 7362 and we will be happy to reset it for you.

Discount codes from any of our promotional offers are not automatically applied. Your code has to be input into the discount section and applied on the checkout page. If you have any trouble with applying the discount, you can visit our help page here. There are two main reasons why a product may not be on our website.

  1. The product may be out of stock and discontinued.
  2. The product is not ready to be uploaded onto our website.

As our collections are run in small, limited quantities, we recommend purchasing early in the season to avoid disappointment.

You may not be able to check out as your order may not meet our minimum spend. Our minimum order for all orders is £100. If you meet this quota but are continuing to have difficulties, you can email us at care@mshdesign.co.uk or call us on 0141 959 7363 were we'd be happy to assist you.

We can't always say when a new shipment of stock arrives, however we do have an 'email me when back in stock' feature. This allows you to request an email notification for when that particular item becomes available again.

To apply for a credit account, please fill in our 30 day credit application form and send it back to us. This form can be found here. Please fill out and sent to accounts@mshdesign.co.uk or can be sent to our address:

Completion of this form does not guarantee that you wil be accepted as a credit customer, a decision will be made based on credit checks and trade references.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to provide same day shipping, next day delivery for all paid UK mainland orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday.

For orders under £300, delivery is subject to an £8 charge. Orders over £300 receive free delivery.

Please note, our shipping and delivery service will be subject to change during busy periods. We will try to have your order with you as soon as possible.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands will be a 2-day delivery service.

For orders under £300 delivery is subject to an £18 charge. Orders over £500 receive free delivery.

We currently ship to 27 European countries and look forward to expanding.

Returns

If you are unfortunately unsatisfied with the products you receive, goods can be returned for a full refund for up to 7 days after the day of delivery.

Stock discrepancies and returns must be reported within 7 days from date of receipt.

If you would like to return any goods please contact us by email on returns@mshdesign.co.uk stating your original order number and the items you wish to return. We will then contact you to organise the return.

If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at care@mshdesign.co.uk with your order number and image of the faulty item.

Images

All of our images are available to download from our website for your own commercial use. Products can be downloaded from the 'download images' button on the product page which will instruct you on how to download the images.
