Viscose has very durable and has many similarities to silk. Always wash on a cold delicate cycle or hand wash. Do not wring, twist or bunch up Viscose. Do not tumble dry as this will cause shrinkage, the best way to maintain the original shape of your garment is to dry on a rack and always iron inside out.
Cotton is a lovely and soft material. Cotton is a natural, environmentally friendly and durable fabric that can be machine washed in warm water on a normal cycle. It can be dried in a tumble drier on a low setting and can be ironed on medium heat.
We will deliver the goods to the address provided by the customer for delivery at the time the order is placed. The purchased item will be posted as soon as possible after the order is accepted. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Please be aware that any items sent recorded at your request become the property of you once signed for from our courier. Should an inaccurate signature be given to us, the company cannot be held responsible if we have diligently sent the goods to the address given on the order form.
Cashmere is a luxurious and durable fabric. Our cashmere products are super-soft, versatile, and are long-lasting when cared for correctly.We recommend de-pilling with a cashmere comb and then turning the garment inside out before washing it. We advise you to wash on a cold wool setting with a slow spin or hand wash. After washing the product lay the product flat on a towel ensuring its smooth and in its original shape. Do not tumble dry.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
We recommend dry cleaning your faux fur. However, you can wash it on a cool, low spin cycle. To dry, gently squeeze any excess water and lay the product flat on a dry towel. Once the garment has dried brush the faux fur to separate the fibres.
Silk is a natural protein fiber. It is soft, lightweight and allows your skin to breathe and feels beautiful on.
Silk can tend to be dry clean only. However you can hand wash the garment at your own risk. Use cold water and ensure all detergent is rinsed off. Lay the garment on a dry towel, do not twist or wring the garment as this will damage the fabric. Be careful when ironing silk, ensure you use a cool temperature.
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
